Variations Problem and Shipping Cost Problem

Hi! From yesterday I have two big problems !!! I dont know if they depends on the last wordpress update or not …

I try to explain the problems!!

I am building an E-Commerce site with Woocommerce Plugin and Flatsome Theme.

Today I created a product, with 2 attributes and around 10 variations. Example:

A – 1
B – 1
C – 1
D – 1
E – 1
F – 1
G – 2
H – 2
I – 2

The problem that it’s appeared today (also with products created days ago that worked well) is that if I select A, for example, in the second variations I can’t select only 1 that is the only one possible choice (because there isn’t a variations with A – 2), but also 2. If I click on 1, it shows the correct price. If I click on 2 it gives me an error like “the product doesn’t exist” or something similar. If this error appear and I click on Empty or Clean Up (I don’t know what is the word of english woocommerce) to reset the variations and I try to select another product, there are less variations of the first time ( for example only A, B, C, D, E and H and 2). To have again all the variations I have to update the page.

Another problem of yesterday: I use the Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method Plugin (Not Premium) to create shipping cost for specific category and on the old categories works. On the category created today, also if I create a shipping method for this category, when I put a product of this category in the cart, it says “No Shipping Method Available. Check your address or contact us if you need help”

I don’t know how to solve these problems. I already tried with WP Optimizer, with the decommission of the plugins etc.
