You should not have to clear selections.

The 164 size seems to be out of stock, right?
But for the color variation, I see what you mean, that isn’t behaving as expected. When nothing is selected, you can select either color but once one color is selected you can’t readily change it without using “clear selection.”
I’ll look at my product variation settings and see what might be causing that behavior.
Yes there are a few sizes I left out of stock that are gray I and told that is the way that works for not even thou I have it set not to show.
Some out of stock items are not showing at all, but some are showing as grayed out?

All out of stock are showing as Grayed out.
I only put a few to see how this software works.
But now I am stuck on the color issue because I doubt people will hit the Clear Selection option.
You have a point, but if you don’t have too many other sizes to add, it would probably be helpful to fully model the product selection, for this one product, before final troubleshooting.
