Variations table in Admin broken in two-column admin view

Hi,

When editing a product, If I set up my admin screen options as 1 column layout, the variations table displays fine, but when I use a 2 column layout, it is all broken and squashed.

Using Firebug, I notice that there are at least one or two errors in the code, for example, what should be the first td for the checkbox (.check-column) is output as a th instead, so the row has mixed th and td elements. (Don’t know which error is causing the mess.)
