    Hi there,

    I’m using version Pro.
    Elementor as a builder.
My products are variable with one attribute (called options, not global) and multiple unique variations. Each product has its own variations.

So, I installed and set up my first table and everything went well except that the name of the variation was “Name of the product + “-” + variation”. I contacted support and I am still waiting for an answer about that because I might need a custom code for that.

The thing is that today, the table is not showing the variations, only the name of the product as you can see in the url. I think I has change nothing and Elementor is displaying the shortcut properly.

What am I doing wrong? I have re-installed the pluging, created a new table, tried different combinations and it’s not working out. I have read the whole tutorials and docs.

My table is very simple: SKU – Name of the variation – Quantity – Buy

    Any thoughts?

    I’d appreciated.
    Kind regards,

    A.

    Hi everyone!

I found out why variations were not showing… my bad.

Still need a solution to remove the Name of the product and show only the variation title.

    I’m sure it’s a simple php code but I’m not a developer…

    Could you help me?

    Thank a lot!

    Hi,

I will be happy to help, but since this is a WCPT PRO related question we need to discuss via mail. As per the forum rules unfortunately we cannot be handling PRO related questions here (because that is not the plugin that is available on this site).

I provided you an answer for this question day before yesterday itself over mail, but it seems you might be facing some confusion that I will be happy to clarify.

I suggested that in your variation table, you remove the Title element. And replace it with Attribute elements that are related to the variations in your table.

This way the variation related attribute terms will be neatly printed out in separate columns and the unnecessary parent product title text will not be present.

I understand you are not using global attributes. However, that is not an issue because WCPT will help you print out global as well as custom attributes.

In your product table template > columns > attribute element > open its settings and in the attribute dropdown select the first option *Custom attribute*. Now enter the name of your custom attribute.

But for this to work, you need to have given your products standard custom attribute names, not different names for different products.

Also – you mentioned that you didn’t use global attributes because you need to create product variations. But I’d like to inform you that you can very much create product variations using global attributes.

I am also sending you a follow up email so that we may discuss further.

    Regards,
    Kartik
