Thank you for reaching out to us, the first error occurs in order to avoid charging the Customer twice if anything goes wrong with the transaction.
We are trying to change the Display of these error to make them more “Understandable” and we hope we can do that in our next version.
For the second error , this is related to the above Preview which we are trying to change in our future version which will display the Completed transaction for each Order Id individually.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding.
in case number one, this is what happens:
1- Order Goes to JCC, payment is made successfully
2- 2 (two) Successful response messages go back to wordpress
3- WordPress shows failed transaction error
In this case the client thinks the order has failed and does not know it has gone through, so they perform the transaction the second time.

In case number two, this is what happens
1- Order Goes to JCC< payment is made successfully
2- A failed response goes back to JCC (with example wrong CVC entered).
3- WordPress shows failed transaction error
In this case, again the client thinks the order has failed and does not know it has gone through, so they perform the transaction the second time.
Both are crucial errors, and i am not sure what is causing them (note that paypal is also a payment option and no such errors occur).

@meserlian We have added an extra control on Duplicate Order IDs to ensure that succesfull transaction are shown correct.
Please update your plugin to the latest version and let us know if you still have the same issue.
