Various Elements not working

    Hello,

    We’ve been having a couple of issues which we now realise are to do with Litespeed Cache – both of these issues can be seen at the page link.

    The first is our Klarna on site messaging – the ‘Learn More’ button does not function when Litespeed Cache is on. We assume this is to do with Javascript not loading correctly.

    The second is to do with the banner at the top of the page – when closed using the X button in the top right, the sizing of the page should change as the CSS is removed when the banner is closed.

    We are struggling to find the source of the issue and were wondering if you had any ideas as to what functions may be causing these issues?

    this is most likely misconfiguration somewhere

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    could you please go to page optm -> js setting -> defer JS , set it to OFF

    then purge all?

    for the banner issue , I am not exactly how is the issue , could you please do me a screenshot on both cases , as with plugin and without ?

    Hello,

    Defer JS did not make a difference – I backed up our settings and applied the Advanced (Recommended) template and that seemed to fix the issues.
