various errors

I’ve been trying to run the Siteground Migrator all day, and am getting a couple of different errors.

First, the most common, which is:

Can not connect to SiteGround WP-migrator plugin at [url here]
Please, generate another Migration Token from your SiteGround control panel.

When I check the error log, it gives the exact same error. There’s just lots of this:

INFO: Transfer started. Creating archives of files…

[07-Oct-2019 03:44:56 UTC] INFO: Updating transfer psk.
[07-Oct-2019 03:45:07 UTC] INFO: Can not connect to SiteGround WP-migrator plugin at {url}

The second error I have only gotten once, which is a permissions error. However, this doesn’t make sense because when I checked, all the files and folders had correct permissions.

Help?
