    No, To show different answers depending on test result is not as such possible. But you can add Grade group and assign different grades with the description that you want to show. Then you can show that description using variable %%GDESC%%.

    How I can show navigation of quiz question numbers when user give the test

    I need to show it whole qusetion number show in a side when user give the test
