Various issues; pro version doesn't work; author won't respond

    Paid for the pro version to get the missing features of the free version. Pro version didn’t work, and the author refuses to respond or refund.

    JetPack from WordPress does all this does and more. Don’t waste your time on a plugin that has little support.

    @xebico,

    I’m interested to know where and how you have been trying to contact me. You profile on these forums indicates you have made no posts in the forums asking for help and have only posted this negative review.

    Equally, I cannot recall seeing any requests that I have not responded to, nor have I seen any requests for a refund.

    You final comment about poor support is also quite insulting to me, if you look on the forums on here you will notice there are no unanswered threads and I normally respond to all queries within 24 hours of them being posted.
