Various Issues Testing Latest Version

So im testing a new version of the plugin before i role it to a live site.

The only modification i have made is to add the wordpress user id to the profile page, so it displays as a membership number <?php echo “<h3>Membership Number: “.um_profile_id().”</h3>” ?>

On registration i basically get a blank page.
The image i add to be a profile image is not uploading into place either.

The account is created but no welcome email is sent.

I also need to add the membership number into the email.

If someone can help, im more than happy to discuss a fee as im not too up on ultimate members and its internals.
