Various PHP and HTTP Errors (Pics) Help?

Image above with all the errors, this occurs when i go into the settings for my template (Evolve)

Additionally i also recieve “WP HTTP Error: Couldn’t resolve host ‘planet.ww.wp.xz.cn'” all over the place on plugins page and wordpress updates on dashboard etc…

All file permissions are fine as far as i know?
