Hello,

I have installed the plugin. Unfortunately there are several problems. For example, the sitemap is not created correctly. The top-level domain is created twice. For example: example.en/en/city-1.

The second problem is that the pages are only displayed correctly when I am logged into WordPress. If I am not logged in or in incognito mode, the complete formatting is not applied. It does not matter whether I use Elementor Pro or Gutenberg.

Now I have also deleted an old project and created a new one. Is it a problem to use the same table for a new project?

I also went through all the settings and went through the 404 troubleshooting. Nothing works. Even the Elementor Pro: hook has no effect. The only thing that has an effect here is the “template_redirect”. Although I do use Elementor Pro. All in all a very strange behavior of the plugin.

Thank you for using MPG!
I have tried to replicate the problem on a new instance with the latest version of the MPG plugin and, unfortunately, I couldn’t replicate this behaviour. Could you please provide the URL of the website where you encounter this problem, screenshots of how you’ve made the project, the name of the theme you are using, and any other screenshots/details you might think are useful? Also, have you created the project by Direct Link or by uploading a file? This would help us provide better assistance for you.

Hello, yes the site is https://yousellwesend.de/fulfillment-center-deutschland/. Below are some links to pages created with MPG. For example https://yousellwesend.de/hamburg-fulfillment/. The city links have umlauts in them. I have also tried to remove the umlaut in the table of all cities that have an umlaut. In German, ö then becomes oe or ä – ae. For example, Köln then becomes Koeln.

Strangely enough, the formatting is adopted for these changed cities but the shortcode is not. For example https://yousellwesend.de/koeln-fulfillment/.

We use the Astra Theme. The project is integrated via a direct link from Google.

Everything is there in the settings in the preview. Text and URLs.

In the picture you can see that not only the shortcodes are no longer transferred, but the entire formatting with Elementor is not transferred. It’s the same with Gutenberg.

Hi @eddythecat,

Do you have any caching plugins that are active? If not, does your hosting has any cache on their end that you can try to disable to check if the behavior remains the same?

From what I see this looks very similar to caching problems, the fact that content in shortcodes doesn’t change when you change it and in URL it changes shows that it’s cached somewhere and also those things that when user is logged you see one behavior compared to logged of/incognito usage also shows that it should be some caching problems either at a server level or your website.

Hi, of course we use WP-Rocket as a cache plugin. I have always cleared the cache manually. I also excluded the template page for MPG in WP-Rocket. It should therefore not be cached.

I deactivated WP-Rocket as a test. At least the formatting of Elementor is back. Nevertheless, it now does not take over the shortcode data from the table.

Are there certain settings in WP-Rocket that you know about? Of course, I don’t want to deactivate the entire plugin.

Thank you for checking!

Can you please share the source file you are using so we can check for a problem in its structure? Additionally, please go to MPG > Advanced Settings> Page Builders Compatibility and test the available hooks there.

I created a test project with the source you shared and used all the tags from the file, but didn’t encounter any display issues:
