Hi, we did not change the shipping providers in the latest versions.
it might be that you did not update the plugin for a long time?
Anyway, I checked the latest version with WP 5.2 and the plugin seem to work fine.
by the issues you mention, I think you might have a a conflict with other plugin.
try to clear your browser cache to see if maybe its a browser cache issue.
Update to the latest WP version. if you did it already it, Make sure you are using the most updates version for all your plugins and that they are all compatible with the latest WP version.
After you complete all updates, clear your browser cache again.
if the issue with shipment tracking continues. I would suggest deactivating all your plugins (exceptWC and Advanced Shipment tracking, clear your browser cache and see if the it was fixed and then activate your plugins one by one until you find the one that is creating the issues.

Thanks for your quick response!
Clearing the browser cache did risolve the problem we had with adding tracking information to orders; the button is now active.
This however did not resolve the other two problems we are experiencing with the shipping provider list.

Hi, I can confirm that the plugin settings works well with no issues so I guess it’s either conflict with other plugin or that some of your plugins, theme. WP are not update.. you should take te steps I mentioned before.
