Varnish compatibility

Hello! First I want to say that this plugin is really fast. A beautiful job of the team.
Well, is this plugin compatible with Varnish only from Cloudways? I am using it on a site that uses Varnish that is not cloudways, and when deleting a cache page – in the Wishlist case, it still remains.
But this only occurs if Varnish is activated on the server. Just disable and everything works. Even creating the exclusion rule in the plugin and also on the server, when the two find this page insists on using cache. It´s curious because the cleaning the cache works normally, I can see from the age header itself that it is clean. Varnish used is provided by the CloudPanel panel.
