VAT & auth token

Why can’t I deduct the VAT (moms) when buing the plugin? My company has a valid VAT number and I’m in the EU like you.

When in your shop, it shows me a “iZettle Authorization Token” already before checkout. Is this something that your website creates or where does it come from?
