VAT calculation incorrect

    Hello,

    I’m getting incorrectly calculated VAT.

    Store is in UK so anyone from UK should be charged 20% VAT but it’s not happening.

    Checked the tax tab amd GB 20% is configured so don’t understand what the problem might be.

    Any advice much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @ngjarman,

    Just to be sure, are the taxes defined on the standard rates or another tax class?
    I ask because the site appears to be calculating some taxes on checkout.

    Kindly share with us the tax rates page from WooCommerce → Settings → Taxes.

    Are you sure you have the products TAX STATUS and TAX CLASS set properly – in the General Tab and in each Variation? It only seems to be adding tax for the shipping.

    Thank you both. I’m a WP newbie so didn’t realise what was happening. Looks like I have three different std rate tax names, so I have a lot of tidying to. Appreciate the guidance. Cheers!
