VAT does not work

    Hello,

    I’m contacting you about a problem I can’t solve.

    On the shopping cart and order page, the VAT does not work, it always displays 0€ despite the fact that it is the standard VAT on all products.

    To solve the problem, I tried several things:

    • Updating the woocommerce module
    • Deactivation of other modules
    • Change of theme
    • Removing and adding the table wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations in the database

    All these solutions do not work and the VAT remains at 0€.

    Have you already encountered this problem?

    Could you please share the following so we can understand your site setup?

    Screenshots of your tax settings (tax options and rates): I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
