Please try the following steps and see if the issue is resolved.
1) Go to Booster settings
2) Go to “Emails and Misc”
3) Click on “Emails and Misc” –> “General” setting
4) Change “Session Type in Booster” to “WC Sessions” (it should have been set to “Standard PHP sessions”).

I don’t understand what you mean when you tell me to change to Woocommerce session? Do you mean being connected as admin in WordPress?
I tried both, connected as admin and not connected but it doesn’t work, and I confirm that I have enabled the VAT except for the valid number.

Hello,
Actually, there should be session related issue as VAT module works on the session variables. So you can change different values of that to WC_Session under the general module of Booster.
1) Go to Booster settings
2) Go to “Emails and Misc”

Admin Tools | Barre d’administration | Booster WPML | CSS personnalisé | Custom Emails | Custom PHP | Debug Tools | Exporter | Fil d’Ariane | JS personnalisé | Modules By User Roles | Mon compte | Options d’e-mail | Permaliens | Rapports | Stylisation | Suivi des utilisateurs | Template Editor | Vérification d’e-mail
I check in everyone and I don’t see anything about Sessions

Ok I find it (general in french is traduced by Stylisation) and it was yet on WC sessions but the general module was not activated!
Now it works but I’ve just seen that I have to suscribe to booster pro if I don’t want to exempt Spain (the country of the eshop) of VAT 🙂
Thanks for your help and I think I will buy Booster pro.
