- A screenshot of where you’re adding the VAT number in WooPayments. You can use the following tool to share the screenshot: https://snipboard.io
- The VAT number and country code you’re trying to use (you can mask part of the number if you’d like for security).
- A copy of your System Status Report from WooCommerce → Status → Get system report. Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Thanks for the screenshot and your systems report.
I checked via VIES VAT validator and it’s actually invalid: https://share.zight.com/geueyjqB.
You might have to double-check your entry or check with the appropriate authorities to be sure your VAT number is valid or expired.
