Vat Rates – Reset

I cannot be absolutely sure this was caused by the EDD update , but I thought I’d flag it here just in case.

In a nutshell, I had the taxrates set for a number of countries as appropriate here
wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-settings&tab=taxes&section=main

these were now all set to be 21 (Base country) after the last update it seems

additionally – though i’m not even sure this was *ever* there – in your docs here

it says something about “Base Country” but there is no setting on that page that lets me set a base country – not even in the screenshot you have there on that docs page ….?!

am i missing something ? (as mentioned , i cannot be 100% sure this was cuased by the recent update but it all seemed to work just fine until i updated the plugin yesterday and was now getting reports that the VAT rate was wrong for a given country)
