I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.
I see that your site has the Jetpack VaultPress Backup plugin installed (which is also well connected!), but there’s not active plan tied to it.
I checked the account that owns the Jetpack connection, and no plan is tied up to it, too. I suspect you might have purchased the plan with a different email address/account, and the license key enabling the Security features has never been associated with the site.
We’re very happy to straighten this out for you! Since you’ll need to share sensitive data such as the purchase’s confirmation email (and possibly also the transaction ID of the purchase), we need to move the conversation in a private email.
