VaultPress Security Issue

I received an email from VaultPress regarding a possible security issue and wanted to share it. I updated to the latest version two days ago and this was reported last night.

This code pattern is often used to run a very dangerous shell programs on your server. The code in these files needs to be reviewed, and possibly cleaned.
