    Hello,

    I’m using the plugin on my multivendor site, using the Karton theme and the Dokan multivendor plugin.
    It seems to be compatible, but when a customer places an order, the email to approve or reject the order is only sent to the admin of the site, not the vendor.
    The vendor needs to receive an e-mail with the order details.

    Could I add some custom code so the email notification is sent to the vendor also?

    Hello Lynn,

    This plugin is wont work with the multi-vendor plugin. You have to download our Dokan order approval plugin from here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/dokan-order-approval/

    We have noticed that emails are not triggering to vendor when new order created. it will send to the admin only. Shortly we will release a fix for that(probably today itself). It will be available on our premium version (1.0.2) and later we will update on the free version.

    OK. It’s really important that vendors receive an e-mail…

    You are talking about the plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/dokan-order-approval/

    You can see that there is no support thread or reviews received on that plugin.frequency of update depends on install, reviews and support threads. We can only fix issues when it’s reported by users like you. very few users are ready to spend a few minutes for that.

    Anyways We can give an update for dokan order approval this weekend.
