Vendor page doesn't work

    I have been going through everything (see below) but still I cannot have a vendor store page, it just redirects to the main shop site.

    I can edit the store, but it doesn’t show, just redirects.

    Even when the only plugin that runs are “woocommerce, wc vendor and wp user front end pro” on a twenty fifteen theme it doesn’t work, it still redirects.

    What am I doing wrong?

    I have tried to:

    re-saving permalinks,
    deactivating all the plugins,
    changing the theme to twenty fifteen,
    reading everything in the knowledge base,
    looking up other threads on the internet

    I can add that the vendors products are showing up in the main shop page.

    Hi mariilou,

    Would you have a screenshot you can link to so I can understand what problem you are referring to? Or a sample URL of the page you are trying to load that will not load?

    Sure, this is an image of the products from the user “tovemarie” and her Lou Shop.

    as you can see it is showing all the other products as well, not only the products by tovemarie.

    If I take a screen shop of the main shop page it will look exactly the same, but without the “Lou Shop” and “Lou products are 100% genuine” on top.

    As you can see I can never really access the stores of the vendors, when I click “view store” or on the name of the vendor it just redirects me to the main shop page, but with the title and description of the store on top.

    I hope you can understand what I mean, English is not my native language..

    So actually, when I scroll down the page I see “Showing the single result” (see screenshot) which actually shows the users products…

    How do I get rid of everything in between…?

    Sure! So tips for other users is to check the template of the shop page you’re using. Perhaps it needs to be changed! For me I used an already setup shop template, but when I switched to Default and organized everything myself the WC Vendor Plugin showed up beautifully. So if facing similar issue, try to change the page template.
