Vendor Shipping Problem

    Hi I have had this problem for a while now and I hope someone can help me. So I run a markteplace where vendors can sell their trainers via my website and I take a set commission from their sales. However when a buyer purchases an item the delivery fee is paid to me (admin of the website/site owner) rather than being paid to the vendor who sold that item and needs the money for delivery. Can someone help me please would be very grateful, all payments through my website and done by Paypal.

    Hello,

    What shipping system are you using as only per product shipping is supported in free or Vendor shipping that is built into Pro.

    Hello,

    Shipping zones are not supported with wc vendors.

    Hello,

    You have 3 options.

    1. Buy the WooCommerce Per Product shipping plugin
    2. Buy WC Vendors Pro
    3. Write your own shipping system that works with WC Vendors commission system.

    Is Vendors Per Product Shipping a different plugin/feature as that is what i currently have and don’t really know how to use properly

    Hello,

    I don’t know what vendors per product shipping is. Due to WC Vendors being configured to calculate all commissions at the product level, this means that all shipping needs to be at product level also.

    WooCommerce Per Product will give you this interface for working with WC Vendors. However the system is complicated for most vendors to figure out.

    You can buy Pro and it has a much easier shipping system built in.
