Vendor Tags Taxonomy Needed

When a vendor registers, I want them to be able to enter tags for their store.
For example, if a vendor sells cloths for men or women, I want them to enter or select store tags as follows:
Women shirts, women pajamas, men trousers, men socks, underwear, pants, etc…..
As many tags as they want. We can limit the number of tags used, in the capabilities section. For example, we can allow up to 20 tags or something like that.
Now, These vendor tags should be visible under the store contact information on the product itself and the store page.
When a customer clicks on any tag, he should be able to see all the vendors that sell that product.
Vendors Tags Taxonomy is very useful for SEO and search engine results. It will drive traffic to the marketplace.
Is this available or can it be added please?
Can I add this capability by my self with code?
