Having Venmo enabled doesn’t guarantee it will show in all scenarios. For example, Venmo is a US based payment method and is only available to US customers.

I see a couple of reasons why Venmo isn’t showing.
- Your store currency is in British Pounds. Venmo requires the currency to be USD.
2. Venmo isn’t designed to render on your cart page since it doesn’t have the same capabilities as the PayPal button.

Venmo is also not working on my US currency store (skatessports.com), which sell & ship to only US.

But is your PayPal business account UK based? If so that explains it because Venmo works for US based PayPal business accounts.

My Paypal account is UK based, I have a qestion about paypal pay later, it is working fine on mysite.com having USD currency and selling only in US but not displaying on mysite.co.uk having GBP currency and selling only to UK.
