I see now that the plugin is back online, but if I try to download the file directly from here (http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/kk-star-ratings.latest-stable.zip) I get a 404 error. ..

I suppose that there is a problem with base64 coded iframe in earlier v2.1. It’s ok now. 😉
