    Hello,

    I have been using the Mailchimp mobile app on my mobile phone for a very long time. I had to login after installing the latest update. After entering the correct username and password, a screen appears where I have to enter the confirmation code sent to the e-mail address. However, the confirmation code message comes to my e-mail address after a very long time, sometimes it takes several hours. When I enter the confirmation code sent to my e-mail into the open waiting area on my mobile device, I get the message “That verification code didn’t work” and I am asked to send a new code. This cycle goes on forever.

    I don’t understand how an app like Mailchimp can send such an important confirmation email so late. How do I solve this problem?

    Please note we are not Mailchimp. We are a different company called “ibericode” that develops plugins such as “Mailchimp for WordPress“. I’m sorry to tell you I am not able to help you with this question as it is not related to our plugin but to Mailchimp itself. My advice to you is to contact Mailchimp directly as they would be the best people to answer any query related to your Mailchimp.com account.
