    Hello,

    I keep getting the following message and am very confused?

    Unable to transfer Hexometer scan information to installed plugin, please try again later.

    I am copying and pasting from the setting page.

    Hello,

    This mostly happens when blocked by firewalls, we recommend whitelisting the following IPs:
    34.73.16.145
    34.74.87.96
    35.231.75.105
    35.231.112.253
    35.190.132.173
    35.190.159.193
    35.237.55.60
    34.107.184.112
