I downgraded to V. 1.3.6 and its working fine.
Theres a problem with 1.3.7
Thanks solokco,
We will take a look at version 1.3.7 to see what might be causing the issue then release an update ASAP.
Regards,
Hi @solokco
We haven’t been able to replicate this error in version 1.3.7.
After you update, make sure you clear any website cache and try refreshing your page.
In addition, check your Web3 Product in the WordPress Dashboard. Make sure the Minimum Balance is set to 1, or your desired number.
Let me know if the problem persists.
Thanks 🙂
Yes did that too, but keep getting an error on the last verification step.
I will be using 1.36 for now which is working fine on my end.
Thanks
Hi @solokco
Unfortunately, we still haven’t been able to replicate any issue. We have tested with both ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens of which we do / don’t own. Verification with minimum balance is working as expected.
Make sure that you are using Mainnet and Testnet contract addresses when in Live and Test mode, respectively.
Also, make sure under Web3 Access -> Smart Contracts (NFTs) you have set ERC Type to the correct one. In your case, it should be ERC-721.
Can you confirm your contract uses 18 decimal places for balance values?

I’m going to mark this a solved.
same here, verification failure. transferred to opensea.io via metamask account, token is routet correct but verification msg is:
Returned values aren’t valid, did it run Out of Gas? You might also see this error if you are not using the correct ABI for the contract you are retrieving data from, requesting data from a block number that does not exist, or querying a node which is not fully synced.
do i have to pay (again) for verification? cause it says maybe no gas
Hi @dampfrad
You shouldn’t need to pay again. If you’re using OpenSea API Key, make sure your collection slug and Web3 Products are setup correctly in WordPress:
https://metapress.ca/help/opensea-collections-setup/
You should only need OpenSea Verification if you’re verifying ERC-1155 token balances OR using a shared contract address provided by OpenSea.
You can also send us an email at [email protected] with details on your contract address so we can take a look.
Cheers
