Verification Problems

Hello again,

Thanks for directing me to open support ticket because I paid for the full $199 package. However it’s not so magnanimous a gesture when a few days go and there’s still no word from tech support. Are you providing it?

Anyway, not only is the verification email not being sent, but even when I manually verify a test user, I still get a “your account is awaiting verification” message. Is there a fix for it?
