Verify baidu webmaster tool

Would you mind I use your code to make a webmaster verification tool for baidu.com (a domestic search engine in China).

I read the readme.txt of this plugin, it says it is GPLed, so I think it’s OK to make a similar tool for baidu, but I still want to confirm with you.
