Version 1.1.15 causes some problems

After update from 1.1.14 to 1.1.15 following problems appeared:
1. When edit any file (i.e. theme functions.php etc) on admin panel, always getting error “could not save file, please use FTP”. In fact, file is saved. But always have error message.
2. When open order details from order list (wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-orders), got message “there was an error loading misc recommendations”. And part of markup looks strange: font for order items is much bigger than in other parts of page.
3. When try to add tracking number in order list page, pop-up div never appears. This functionality is part of Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin.
So, now I downgraded version to 1.1.14 and all problems disappeared.
I suppose they caused by new AJAX functions in version 1.1.15.

Unfortunately after update to 1.1.16 the problem did not solved…
V 1.1.16 – error message, but actually file saved. The same problem with plugin update: got “error updating plugin”, but in fact it was updated.
v 1.1.16 (error message and unusual bigger font)
V 1.1.14 (everything is normal)
p.s. I do not use any cashing plugins and reload page with <Shift>-Reload to be sure changes are applied.
