Version 1.49.0 results in a TTFB of over 2 seconds, even on cached versions of the page (LiteSpeed Cache). After rolling back to version 1.48.0, the TTFB issue disappeared.

Could you please check what’s happening with this new version?

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards.

Please note that version 1.48.0 generates a TTFB of at least 3 seconds on both the cart and checkout pages. You should review that as well.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Emilio

It is very unlikely the Pixel Manager is responsible for the higher TTFB. There is nothing in its code that could cause this. We don’t see higher server load times in our testing, and also, we don’t have any similar reports from other users pointing to any similar issues. Maybe there is some issue coming from a third-party plugin.

If you want us to look closer into this you will have to provide a way how we can replicate that issue with and without the Pixel Manager active.

You can also send us a support request to [email protected] where our support engineers can look into it.

    Kind regards

The only way to reproduce it is that when the plugin is active the high TTFB appears, and when it’s deactivated it disappears—there’s nothing else. With version 1.48.0 it’s not happening site-wide, only on the cart and checkout pages. I haven’t tested with an earlier version, but we can try. Do you need any more information?

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards.

Sorry for not mentioning it earlier. It seems the latest version fixed it.

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards.
