Hi,
After i have upgraded plugin to version 1.9.5 widget stopped working, in dev site with version 1.9.4. plugin works
I got these notices, maybe it could help?

Yes i have tried, even tried to connect different account but nothing changes

After some debugging your plugin code, i have noticed that $images_data = $this->instagram_data( $search_for, $refresh_hour, $images_number, false );
returning NULL

This means that the Instagram API did not return a list of posts. We are looking into this issue
