Version 1.3.1 not working

Hi there.. this plugin was awesome
but it seems not work normally, much bugs.

I tried to set the permalinks : mywebsite.com/abcproject/directory/%the_mall%/%postname%.html and done many variation of custom permalinks.
All didn’t work at all. Page 404 as a result. My insallation is multisite subdirectory with WP version 4.4 and CPT permalinks version 1.3.0 then updated to 1.3.1.

in my other WP single installation version 4.3.1 and CPT permalinks version 1.3.0, it works like a charm. Until Now.
For build the CPT i use CPT UI.

I assume that this CPT permalinks broke after WP update to 4.4.

Need an advice here… please.
Is there anyone use this plugins and works in WP version 4.4 and please describe your installation.
