Hi,

I’ve placed a pastebin of my log here: http://pastebin.com/6ASYMXQd

The google upload worked fine on Friday 17th Jan with 1.8.2 and WP 3.8

I just upgraded to 1.8.5 and tested a backup, but it failed to upload to Google Drive.

If you want any more information then please let me know.

Hi,

The repeated error in your log is as follows:

Error details: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

That means that there was no network connectivity to Google Drive. You’ll need to talk to your web hosting company about that.

Thanks David, I have another site running updraft 1.8.2, on the same hosting and it’s just worked fine, but then the other site failed again. Could the operation be timing out for any other reason?

The Google Drive code in 1.8.2 and 1.8.5 is identical, though! These two files have identical checksums:
