    Hi the plugin is very nice. I had version 1.1.5 and it worked perfectly, now I have upgraded to version 2.0.0 but nothing works anymore. If I go to the page where I entered the shortcode it is completely white. How can I solve?

    Hello,
    Please login as administrator and visit ticket list page in dashboard backend.
    You will see database upgrade process required.
    Please complete the process and it will start working normal.

    @supportcandy Thanks for your kind reply, won’t it change anything about the other plugins and the functionality of the site? Excuse the question, but I’m not very practical and I don’t want to cause damage to the site which now works perfectly.

    Not at all, it will just upgrade database tables for SupportCandy and no other plugin or theme gets affected.

    Still, you should backup website before updating any plugin or theme in general so that you will always have chance to revert back.
