    I had to rollback today’s update as it was not showing any thumbnails and when clicking on the first picture it just opened the file path to that photos. Rolling back to 1.1.13 fixed the issue.

    @rtd2018 sorry to hear that. What theme are you using?

    Or even better. Could you go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy to clipboard

    Please email me the details. [email protected]

    Something similar is happening with me. On place where thumbnails should be now there is half of the first image. On click it is not opening lightbox just open file in a new tab. Strange thing is if I enable css and JS minfying options on litespeed cache the problem is no longer appears and everything is back to normal.

    I had similar issues. I had to update my theme’s CSS to fix the sizing of the main image. I was getting two copies of the image. One outer and one inner, and there were two sets of expansion arrows. Click on the right set and the image was loaded in the browser (no lightbox), click on the left set and the lightbox loaded as expected.

    Here is an image of what I had before CSS updates: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5sqnxarahisvu8q/sampled.jpg?dl=0

    I also had to put in updates to get the previous and next arrows to show properly. The previous version of the plugin had some CSS for those prev/next arrows which was changed/removed with this version. Instead, the button styles for my theme took over and I had to override those.

    @bobkata @anphira thanks for the feedback. It would be great if I could replicate the issue. Could you let me know what themes you are using?

    I use elementor pro and hello theme. If you need backend access to my dev cloning let me know how to send it to you.

    @deanoakley it’s a custom theme. Just sharing that it was CSS fixes for me which corrected it as that might help you with others.

    @iitiago sorry I’m not seeing this on our demo versions.

    Can you try to resave your settings? It would be related to the Pinterest link option.

    @iitiago

    We experienced this same problem and it was because the wooswipe.js file being loaded was a cached previous version.

    Please try clearing ALL caches on both your WordPress installation and CDN (if you use a CDN). And don’t forget to clear your browser cache too to get rid of any local copies.

    iitiago

    (@iitiago)

    @inboundhorizons No success with the cache clearance I’m afraid. Same js error is shown within console.

    @deanoakley Is there anyway I could contact you directly so I could possibly yourself access to the site?
