GDv2 is currently available as a release candidate here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/geodirectory-v2-release-candidate/

That version should still be installed on a fresh install only, the GDv1 to GDv2 converter script will e available by the end of the week and then we will be releasing addons in beta when ready.
