Version 2.3.1 not working as expected

A few minutes ago I updated from version 2.3.0 to version 2.3.1 and some of my pages were not working anymore as expected.

For example:

I have an element on my page which should be

Only shown for guests
AND
between 06:00 and 23:00 o’clock.

But now it also shows in the middle of the night for guests.

First I thought it would be maybe a mistake on my page, therefore I checked and resaved it and everything seemed to be alright.
BUT it still wasn’t working, the element was still showing in the middle of the night for guests.

Then I just downgraded a moment ago to version 2.3.0 and everything worked again.
Therefore, I guess, it has to be a Problem with the version.

I took a short look in you git repo and the commit “small conditions apply refactoring, add new pro option reference” is suspicious because it does stuff with dates…
