The “src=’//widget.trustpilot.com/bootstrap/v5/tp.widget.bootstrap.min.js?ver=1.0′” file seems to not be in the header anymore, automatically, by the plugin?
Hi @kingyyyy
Sorry for inconvience. It should be working if widgets were added within the plugin. Can you please drop the message with your website domain to [email protected] – we will investigate ASAP.

Thank you for your reply.
For certain reasons we can only add the widgets with the HTML code.
We have sent an email.
Same issue, feed for the widgets disappeared. I will submit an email as well, however depending on how long it will take to resolve, we may need to revert back to an older version until this bug is worked out.
thanks
Reverting helped, and they said they will update the plugin again soon to accommodate for us who don’t use the widgets from within the plugin. 🙂
Hello,
Any new update to resolve this yet?
I hate seeing that the plugin needs updating and I can’t click it.

Hello,
It’s been over 4 months and we cannot update the plugin, as we still require a hotfix for those of us who don’t use widgets.
Would be great if you can get back to us.
Over 6 months now and cannot update the plugin as we can’t use the unbuilt widget builder. We need to use direct code…
Please provide an update?
9 months and still waiting for an update :*(
