Icons no longer show up after updating from 2.0.9 to the new 2.0.9.1.
In my theme i call them like so ‘<div class=”genericon genericon-feed”></div>’ and thought maybe the classes were changed or something, but i also tried using short code in a post, but [genericon icon=twitter] gave me the following error:

Notice: Undefined variable: genericon_rotate in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/mywebsite/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/genericond/genericons.php on line 104

When I downgrade back to 2.0.9 everything works again.

I added in a class “genericond” though that shouldn’t have impacted you THAT way.

View page-source and see if ‘genericons.css’ is loading AND if it’s complete?

ETA: UGH. Conflict with Jetpack. I’m on it. Will have a patch out ASAP.

    Ugh, indeed!

I had a similar issue, and it took me a while to find my way to this thread. But FWIW, upgrading to the current version of both Genericon’d (2.0.9.3) and Jetpack (2.3.5) resolved it for me on two sites.

Yep 🙂 I nicely asked Jetpack to fix theirs, and then fixed mine 🙂 (And this is why you upgrade 😉 )
