    Hello,
The error is unexpected. It looks like a file is missing or is not from the new version. The undefined method is in fact correctly defined in the version 3.4 (but did not exist in previous versions).

Could you try to update again on as test site (clone of your production site) and check if the error appears again. If so, on your test site, could you delete the plugin files and re-install it properly?

Could you provide screenshots of your issue with the site title before and after the update for me to understand?

So I restored from backup and re-tried the update. Same results. I then removed the plugin and then reinstalled. The site seems happy now.
