It doesn’t work for me either.
Oxygen 4.6 + QuadMenu
I am getting this error:
No ‘quadmenu_widget’ widget registered in this installation.
Exactly as Axy posted. I rolled back and it is working. If you still need a screenshot let me know, but it seems as though the Oxygen integration has been broken.
A client running Beaver Builder also had to be reverted. The menu wasn’t showing up at all.

step 1: upgrade QM to version 3 and Pro to 3.0.2
Result: menu doesn’t load. No errors thrown in Beaver builder. In oxygen it just says the widget doesn’t exist. As a side note – the problem seems to be in the base plug-in, upgrading Pro to 3.0.2 and leaving the other at 2.3.7 seems to work, at least in Beaver Builder. I didn’t do the same test in Oxygen.

Use the Facebook link. As their customer I am sure they would be able to provide you the support you paid for.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
Does the 3.0.1 update resolve this issue? This happened on an Oxygen site of mine as well. Not going to update until this is hopefully resolved.
