Version 4.0 is the best answer

Although the previous versions still stand tall among the other LMS systems, they had some bugs that were annoying. Version 4.0 has fixed most of these bugs. Nothing will be super perfect but at least LearnPress beats the competition fair and square. I would suggest bundling most plugins so that one uses less plugins to ensure safety and speed. I would also recommend incorporating features like copy protection, membership, a question bank that shuffles questions in one LearnPress plugin so that users don’t rely on many third-party plugins. I have reported a few bugs and thankfully they have resolved them within 24 hours. This is great customer service.
