PLease go here and try the v4.2.10 version: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework

Click “Code” and download the ZIP. Go to the Add Plugin window and install it manually. It will install as ‘redux-framework-master’ separate for any other version. Deactivate the earlier version and active the .10 version. See if the issue is resolved.

Awesome! Thank you for the feedback, @ganddser

I have same issues… it seems there is some relation with the PHP Version you are running… the latest versions of php should work fine.

After manually modifying class-redux-field.php as a temporary solution, I found this thread, I can confirm that after installing v4.2.10 the site is working as expected.

    Thanks Kev

Redux Version 4.2.10 has been officially deployed. If you should experience further issues, please post a new ticket as I may not see replies to old ones.

    Thanks!

    Hey Kev,

After updating my site today, I have two versions of redux 4.2.10 installed, the active one must be the one that I had to install manually yesterday and the inactive one must be the one that had issues that got updated to 4.2.10 today.

Is it alright to delete the active one (installed manually from github) and activate the inactive one (the one that had issues and got updated today)?

I know that some plugins delete its data from the database and I don’t want to loose any information.

    Thnx & Regards

Yes. You may safely delete the version of Redux you installed from GitHub. Thanks for participating in that. The feedback from everyone was helpful. 🙂
