• I updated to version 4.5.6, duplicated a page and from that moment on, I wasn’t able to edit any page or post.

Rolled back to version 4.5, cleared all my cache and it went back to normal.

Just wanted to let you know of the potential bug the update may have.

    Hi @tammya1999 ,

Thank you so much for reporting this and for providing the details about your rollback to v4.5.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This sounds like a potential conflict introduced in the v4.5.6 update that may be affecting the WordPress editor’s ability to load correctly after a duplication action.

Our development team is currently investigating this as a high-priority bug. To help us narrow down the cause, could you please let us know:

    1. Which editor you are using (Gutenberg, Classic, Elementor, etc.)?
    2. Your current PHP version?

We recommend staying on v4.5 for now. I will notify you as soon as we have a confirmed fix or a newer version that addresses this.

Thank you for helping us improve Duplicate Page !

    Best regards,

    Duplicate Page Support

    Hi

    Thank you for your response.

    1. Which editor you are using (Gutenberg, Classic, Elementor, etc.)? Kadence (for several years)
    2. Your current PHP version? PHP 8.1

I tried the latest version to see if the issue had been fixed, but the problem was even worse and I had to restore to the last version 4.5 just to get my site back. Just to let you know that I had to delete the plugin. I was getting a little worried about it being on my site.

This plugin is one of my favs and I’ve used it for years without any issues. I hope you find a solution.

    Thanks
