The same for me. After updating to 5.1 the fix doesn’t work properly, I’ve downgraded the plugin to 5.0.4 and now it works again.
The widget does not stop at the bottom ID HTML element.
I use a paid template and the latest wordpress relase.

@hamil! After plugin update you have to clear site cache!

Also try to fix the last widget using custom html ID: shortcodes-ultimate-9

1. A standard text widget fix worked well.
2. The shortcodes-ultimate-9 does not fix. The table of contents fix does not work too.
